Due to the large influx of emails we receive on a daily basis, please allow up to 72 hours for a response and do not send repeat emails. Any repeat email within the 72 hour time frame will reset your spot in line to receive a response. This includes all email communications, not just an initial response.

Please note that during our busier months, we could need at least 3+ weeks notice for orders. Most orders require at least a 2 week's notice minimum, but please do not hesitate to reach out and see if we can squeeze you in if needing within 1-2 weeks.

Ordering, Cancellations & Store Credit


Please place orders as early as possible. Depending on availability and the size or complexity of your request, we may require up to three to four weeks’ advance notice.

All orders and deposits are non-refundable once payment has been made.
If you need to cancel your order, please provide at least one to two weeks’ notice. Cancellations made within the required timeframe will receive store credit for future use.

Rescheduling requests require a minimum of two weeks’ notice and are subject to availability for the new date. If we are able to accommodate the change, the amount paid will be applied as store credit toward the rescheduled order.

Any concerns or complaints must be submitted by email or phone during business hours within 72 hours of pickup to be considered for compensation or store credit.
