Due to the large influx of emails we receive on a daily basis, please allow up to 72 hours for a response and do not send repeat emails. Any repeat email within the 72 hour time frame will reset your spot in line to receive a response. This includes all email communications, not just an initial response.

Please note that during our busier months, we could need at least 3+ weeks notice for orders. Most orders require at least a 2 week's notice minimum, but please do not hesitate to reach out and see if we can squeeze you in if needing within 1-2 weeks.

Please note that all orders and deposits are non-refundable once paid.

 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your order, we require at least one week's notice. In such cases, a store credit will be issued for future use. For rescheduled orders, we require at least two weeks' notice to ensure availability for your new date.

 

Any complaints or grievances must be submitted within 72 hours of pickup via email or phone call during business hours to be eligible for compensation or store credit.
